Automated Telephone Banking

Our Automated Telephone Banking option, available in both English and Spanish, makes managing your finances easy and convenient.

To Get Started: Select 1 for Automated Telephone banking. Enter your Member Number and use your existing Personal Identification Number (PIN) if you are the Primary Owner.

To Create a New Pin: When prompted, enter your social security number (SSN). Once verified, create your new PIN. Going forward, you’ll enter your Member Number and PIN to access.


Current Menu of Options (Available in English and Spanish.)

  • Press 1 – Account Services (Balance, History, Transfer, and Stop Payment)
  • Press 2 – Payments Menu (Loan/Credit Card Payment with St Mary’s Bank account or external bank account)
  • Press 3 – Loan Payoff Information
  • Press 4 – Card Services (Activate/Deactivate/Reorder Card, Travel Notice, Dispute, Rewards Center)
  • Press 5 – Change Telephone Banking Pin
  • Press 6 – Connect with a Member Service Representative for additional assistance

 

Quick Tips:

  • Press 3 and the * key to return to the main menu
  • Press the * key to return to previous menu
  • Press the # key to repeat an option
  • Press 9 and the * key to enter a different account number
  • To end your call, simply hang up

How can I enroll into eStatements?

You can enroll in eStatements, for your account, in Online Banking by clicking Statements & Disclosures (Click the "More" icon and then the "Accounts" menu) and then accept the Terms and Conditions. Or watch a short tutorial below!

Please note: only the primary account owner can see the statement. 

How do I set up Online Banking?
  • To begin, click on "Login" on the top right corner of our website and select "Register a new Account"
  • Or please download our app from either the Apple Store or Google Play (You may find quick links on our website by clicking here.
  • You can also watch a quick and simple tutorial video below.

Please note: You will need your member number, social security number, email address listed on file, and either date of birth or zip code on file. 

 

How do I Link an External Account and Use it for Transactions?

Adding an external account for viewing allows you to view transactions. If you would like to transact on the external account, you will need to add the account via the Transfer icon, go to More Action, and select "Manual Add an External Account" after clicking on Add Account. Watch the tutorial video below for an easy step-by-step guide!

What should I do if I cannot access my Online Banking?
  • Update your St. Mary's Bank online banking app to the most current version.
  • If issues persist, please contact the Member Contact Center at (888) 786-2791.
Where can I find my member number in Online Banking?
Hover over “Tool & More” > click on “Settings” > Member Number is under Profile Information section.
